Terms of Use

tradmap is a free, informational market-data site. These terms describe what the service is, where the numbers come from, and what you may and may not do with them. By using the site you accept them.

What tradmap is — and isn't

tradmap publishes facts about markets: screeners, index and thematic constituent lists, ETF holdings and distributions, daily movers, and earnings, economic and corporate-action calendars. It is a reference tool.

tradmap is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution, and nothing on the site is investment, tax, or legal advice. We publish no buy/sell/hold ratings, no price targets, and no personalised recommendations, and using the site creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Any investment decision you make is your own.

The data

• Sources. Company fundamentals come from SEC EDGAR XBRL filings; macroeconomic series from FRED; index membership and corporate actions from issuer and index-provider publications; end-of-day prices from a licensed market-data feed, corporate-action adjusted before display.
• Timing. Prices are end-of-day, not real-time. Figures are stamped with the date and time the underlying data was last updated; read that stamp before relying on any number.
• Computed values are ours. Weights, ratios, scores, and aggregates shown on the site are calculated by tradmap from the sources above. They are not official values, and we do not publish official index levels.
• Accuracy. We reconcile where we can, but data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong — through source errors, processing errors, or timing. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Verify against the primary source before acting on anything you read here.

Using our figures

You are welcome to quote or cite figures from tradmap with attribution and a link, including the CSV downloads we publish alongside our lists. You may not redistribute our datasets in bulk, resell them, or present them as your own: some underlying data is licensed to us for publication and cannot be sublicensed onward.

Acceptable use

• Don't place unreasonable load on the service — no scraping at a rate that degrades it for others, and no attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Don't present tradmap's computed figures as official index values, or imply that an index provider, issuer, or exchange endorses them.
• Don't use the site to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or mislead others.

Accounts

Every public page works without an account. A free account only adds convenience features such as saved screens. Keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that abuse the service. How we handle account and usage data is described in our Privacy statement.

Availability and changes

We make no uptime promise. Features, data coverage, and pages may change or be withdrawn at any time. We may update these terms; the date below always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Third-party names

Index names, ticker symbols, company names, and ETF names are used nominatively — to identify the thing being described. tradmap is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any index provider, issuer, exchange, or fund manager. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tradmap is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published here — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable data.
